Art + Science
Haus approached us with a need to evolve their brand and improve their website at the same time, under a tight timeline.
After a crash course in data science, we were able to formulate a strategic plan and essentially run 4 projects in parallel: Brand evolution, Messaging, Photography, and Website.
Remote shoot
We worked collaboratively with Haus to develop a photographic style that showcased the personality of their data science team. Thanks to proper planning and pre-production work, we were able to remotely art direct the photo shoot in Seattle. Thanks to our photographer Cameron Karsten for being a great collaborator!
Interactive Power
To help communicate how experiment design is handled within the Haus product, we cooked up a simplified, interactive version of one key feature - the experiment power calculator. Sciency. Click on the things!
Illustration style
We developed an illustration style that felt scientific, and no-nonsense. It needed to be robust enough to illustrate complex concepts, show stats and graphs, but remain simple and approachable - just like Haus.
"Working with Lasagna was a treat to say the least.
I came to them with an extremely vague plan and a painfully dry website with the goal of making our website 50% better. The Lasagna team put together a strategy, executed efficiently on the plan and made our website 100X better. They managed to elevate our brand while they were at it, made the process fun and we are thrilled with the final product."
