Spearhead are specialty fabricators of wood and steel. Their value proposition is born from a unique intersection of craft + technology. We attempted to convey this juxtaposition throughout the website experience.
Foundation
Lasagna chefs and Spearhead go back over a decade, working on company strategy, naming, and branding under an agency called Vacuum.
Ten years on, it was time to revisit the foundation – right down to the mission, vision, and company goals.
Two intimate sessions with Spearhead's owners were followed by a two day in-person workshop with the wider leadership team.
Results
The result was an updated value proposition, target audiences, positioning and key messaging. Leadership from each department came away with clarity and alignment on Spearhead's path forward for the future.

Craft + Technology
Video helps us juxtapose craft + technology throughout the site. Hats off to Spearhead who appreciate the value in details - we postponed the site launch for 3 months waiting for the perfect project to shoot in their factory.
